Can open a law firm without being a lawyer?
Yes, but the shareholder can only hold up to 25% shares. But there are ways to overcome this problem. The shareholder can masquerade as a business development, marketing or consultant for the law firm and bill the firm exorbitant fees to make up for the difference in the amount payable to the shareholder.
