Actually the barrier of entry to dumpling is really low. 99% of the people who is from North love to eat dumpling. Dumping is easy to make and everyone knows to how to make.

Rest of it lies where you get your money and set up shop. I'm sure within a few months, the dumplings outlet start to close shop.
