[Sg] - 'Feels like a fan, not air-con': Tengah home owners complain of more problems with 'sustainable' centralised cooling system

That’s frustrating. If a system can’t cool properly even at the lowest setting, something’s clearly off in the installation or maintenance. Leaks on top of that are a big red flag. When my system underperformed, a thorough ac maintenance in fair oaks https://alphamechanicals.com/service-area/fair-oaks-hvac-service/ fixed airflow and refrigerant issues fast. Honestly, if I were one of those homeowners, I’d push for proper repairs and compensation. They shouldn’t have to foot that bill.

HDB is a modern day public housing slum for the hoi polloi. Will a landlord spend money on quality materials to give his tenants the best comfort and safety over that period, or spend just enough to give them a shelter over their heads during their temporary occupancy?

SINGAPORE: Some Tengah flat buyers who signed up for a centralised cooling system have complained of issues ranging from it not being cold enough, condensation problems and leaks.

He said he turned the temperature down to 16 degrees Celsius, but felt that this was comparable to temperatures of between 23 and 24 degrees Celsius with conventional air-conditioning.

The 34-year-old Ms Lim said that even at 16 degrees Celsius, with turbo mode and full fan speed, the cooling system felt more like a fan than air-con.

现在是什么时代?还想要中央控制……

If you're dealing with an inefficient cooling system, considering professional services like ac repair glendale could be helpful. They offer comprehensive HVAC services, though they're based in Glendale, AZ. It's always worth exploring options to see how other systems are managed. Look into different solutions or expert opinions to see if they could apply to your situation, even if it's just for some new ideas.

I was quite curious about this 'wonderful' centralized cooling system and did some probing around.

Here's a few feedback from the victims:

Anytime you see the word 'SUSTAINABLE' (or 'SUSTAINABILITY'), turn the other way and run.

It might happen with HDB BTO projects, or with anything else.

It is a scam predicated on the anti-carbon cult. The PAP regime wants to score ESG points and please Davos, BlackRock etc. So there is constant fearmongering about the climate if we do not 'do our part'. Of course, collecting a carbon tax is part of the agenda.

Things that done with a political motive (anti-carbon hysteria and 'sustainability') never do well.
Rather being homeless than living in this poorly built home.
Don't ever think of selling it with profit when it reaches MOP, no buyer would buy these resales flat
