Genuine ownership.

The facilities themselves are not a major consideration for me. Living near an ActiveSG Sport Centre or a SAFRA Clubhouse offers the convenience of pay-as-you-use access whenever I want to use the facilities. While I find that ActiveSG swimming pools are often more crowded, SAFRA pools generally provide a cleaner and less congested environment.

On the other hand, a 999-year leasehold property with genuine ownership would provide a stronger sense of permanence and the bragging rights to talk down to HDB dwellers where I once started. 俗話說得好：
