As far back as 14 years ago, I heard accounts from ex-classmates and colleagues about how CECA managers would routinely retrench S'porean subordinates to be replaced by fellow Indian nationals. The cycle repeats itself after several of these CECAs obtain their PR or SG citizenship, paving the way for even more Indian nationals to displace locals at the workplace. The PAP simply looks the other way.

the chinese not so obvious coz, I think they have a handicap with English. Also, no point of coming to this expensive city and give up their lifestyle back home.

The CECAs have every reason to want to leave their shithole of a country. PAP has always closed their eyes to the first arrivals. their target is always keeping the later generations. They will never change unless we fuck them big time

In order for the PAP to attract more new citizens from India to S'pore, it needs to give them PMET jobs with NS exemption thrown in as a sweetener. However, many of these snakes will leave for greener pastures in the West once their sons reach the age of NS registration.

No, you don't usually see Chinese HR managers hire their entire kampung from China in local companies here. Only the Indians do that... it's very bad in the banking and finance sectors and in the MNCs. And this started way back in the '90s.

The cecas do it because they know their degrees are either fake or from degree mills and most are incompetent. What better way to feel secure than of course hire their own kind to cover up their fake degrees and to make sure their subordinates do not dig up their past secrets. What better security than hiring same fake talents who obviously would protect their own fake masters. If the master con goes all goes. Worse some superior demand monthly kopi commission from those their subordinates. Very common if u ask around.
