When it comes to ageing, most pray they will age gracefully, or work hard to keep it from showing. Unfortunately, for Hong Kong actor Louis Koo Tin-lok (古天樂), time has apparently not been as kind to him.
A few days ago, the venerated 53-year-old actor was spotted in public in Hong Kong. And, as fans are apt to do, some snapped a few photos of him. However, to netizens’ surprise, several felt his looks had changed a lot, and not for the better.
Louis Koo was reportedly seen in a shopping mall in Hong Kong recently, allegedly for an event. At the time, he was sharply dressed in a striking black suit and wore thin-rimmed glasses. While he seemingly looked fine at the event, netizens apparently disagreed.
Several opined that Louis’s figure was still well-kept for a man of his age, however, the years were starting to show on his face. Allegedly, his face looks plumper, but his facial muscles were starting to look loose and saggy.
Netizen also pointed out that his nasolabial folds were obvious while his nose seemed enlarged, his lips were thinner and overall he had a “plastic feel” to his looks. Additionally, they also felt Louis’s hair was thinning, and his hairline receding. As such, a few claimed it made the actor look like a different person entirely.
This is not the first time netizens have discussed Louis Koo’s looks. Previously, they claimed he looked like a “wax figure” and some even compared him to a bronze mask found at the archeological site 三星堆 (Three Star Mound).
