None. I don't patronize any Tiong restaurants, fast food or food outlets. Beware of high levels of sodium in their dishes. For eg, Mala stuff numbs your taste buds and you are fooled by the amount of sodium chloride they throw inside.

Forgot to mention the other big two of Tiong mala franchise restaurants: YGF and Zhang Liang. Together with Gong Yuan, they are the big three of Tiong mala restaurants.
Some Tiong restaurants also say they offer 私房菜, sometimes laughably translated to 'private cuisine'. That's probably because not too long ago, all Tiongs ate from a public central kitchen in between work shifts at factories or collective farms. That still lingers in the Tiongs' consciousness.
Once you see the word 私房菜, you immediately know that eatery is run by Tiongs.
