Go JB and give yourself unnecessary stress. Is this quality of life?

Owning a car means they also have the means to travel by air to other countries for holidays, but they find it more convenient and enjoyable to explore nearby destinations by road. This allows them to experience the journey, discover hidden gems, and enjoy the freedom of traveling at their own pace.
No they barely have enough money to buy groceries and petrol after servicing their monthly installments.

90% of them are leveraged to the hilt.

Many sinkies went there to eat zichar 1/3 the price in Sg and spent hours travelling to and fro. All the unnecessary time wasting efforts just to enjoy 70% discount.

Buy a condo in Sukhumvit. Own a condo in Singapore. Can?
It's your money. Why not ?

But Bangkok is a shitty place. The air quality is PM 2.5 everyday, the noise from the traffic is deafening and everywhere is jammed. The whole place is sinking.

Sukhumvit is exciting if you are in Bangkok for a few days. I used to live in Thonglor and I took the Khlong Saen Saep boat from Thonglor to Pratunum, Hua Chang (MBK) every now and the Mall Bangkapi every now and then.

My family stopped visiting Bangkok 6 years ago. There is nothing much to do, apart from eating and buying fake or local goods; the foreign or branded products in the malls my even be more expensive than in S'pore.

Make even more jam
This is why both parties usually settle their own repairs. It takes 2 hands to clap, so both are at fault when neither wishes to give way and a sideways collision happens. At such slow speeds, the damage is usually not substantial.

I thank God that I have never had a collision with another vehicle in JB. I can sense when the other vehicle has no intention to give way so I allow him into my lane to prevent any damage to my car.
