Trump's tariffs shutting down US businesses laying off workers.

There may be a few temporary setbacks while the tariffs bite but once the deals are done Americans will be way better off.
Okok…let wait for mid term to see

Bulk Murika citizen IQ is very similar to 65%
I glad they have found Trump to make them greater again…but greater in what part…let monitor lah

1 thing is for sure... the world will be peaceful once America collapses

Well said. As long as it's implemented properly,

Inflation at 2.3% because new stock are not on the shelf yet and consumers are not spending due to job uncertainties.
Trade deals with Canada and Mexico are still uncertain. It's only parts that benefit US manufacturing that are tariff free.

So U sure it's the tariffs faul?

I'm amazed that some of you are still arguing and contesting with that late 70s senile Ah Leong. I don't even bother to with that nerd. I had always said that he's nothing but will always like to use economist's speak to fake out and make his audience think that he knows very well what he's talking about. You all are being fooled by this senile trickster. Another trick of his is he's nowadays too lazy and tend to rely mostly on the results from AI searchers.

The 2 videos below sum up the state of the US Economy under MAGA going forward:

Trump's tariffs halted global trade. Disrupted financial flow. As tariffs based on trumps whims and fancies. Today it's 30%, next week, 20 week after 50. So no point trading with the US.

But hasn't the stock market and trade resumed since tariffs got cut? And if countries can trade with others besides the USA..why don't they do it? Or rather just do it and ignore the USA......Trump won't care

Other countries can choose not to trade with the yanks
EU exporters already halt trade with US due to inconsistent tariffs.
Japan thinking of doing the same. Will trade more with china and Asia.
Tariffs will hit ASEAN most as US multi nationals shut it's factories and move back home.

They are free to do so...but chicons land have always be an Economic and Trade mercantilist....they only in it for themselves...like most Asian countries anyway

This process is being speed up among all nations in the world. Can't you see their meet ups, negotiations and trade talks with each other lately? eg: Macron is in Vietnam today, Spain just had 7 agreements with China, Asean is now more cohesive in their Intra-Asean trade going forward between themselves, although I have to admit that I'm still a bit skeptical on this because of the lack of trustworthiness from some of their leaders, especially Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.

By all means, things are being speed up due to Trump's tariffs. Give it another 6 months or more and you'll see more fruition. It's not a "tomorrow does it all matter".
