Icac leeports to hksar which then leeports to prc central gov.

Since sg has different settings in its governance, CPIB should be Leeporting to another branch in another organisation out of sg. Eg asean.

Neither. They should be completely independent, just like the judiciary. Only slight problem is..judges are appointed by the President on the Prime Minister’s advice, after consultation with the Chief Justice (Article 95). But that should not interfere too much with its impartiality in its operational decisions.

All three entities must therefore be allowed to operate autonomously. A direct reporting to the PM or any ministers in the PAP-Gov would definitely create a conflict of interest which 65% enjoys being arse-farked anyways, so there is nothing to complain about, LOL.
