No lah..perhaps it was his first speech and he couldn't get the rhythm right by keep looking at notes

but tonight he has improved a lot, his speech was spot on and powerful..can see got some semblance of SC standard already...:

Honestly Pinky is still quite OK cos he speaks well, he's tall n has presence, so in certain ways almost like his dad...But seeing the way he walks n shake hands I feel malu...
