In my humble opinion, if Madam Gan had not been "terminated" in "early 2009" and if she had continued working at SFC for 15+ more years until September 2024 last year (when Captain McCully died), then the chance of her name being listed there (together with "Ms KT Latha") would be at least 96.9%!

But, in my opinion again, that would also cause the chance of her buying any house in JB to be lower than 6.9%, simply because she would have been too busy working in Singapore (and maybe other countries) to travel to JB for any reason, let alone going through the trouble to buy a house in JB.
The chance of her joining this forum would also be lower than 6.9% because, as she has said at least a few times in the past, she joined this forum in 2010 (the year after she was "terminated" in "early 2009") in order to help her search for a suitable "retirement home" in JB:
