公众许先生（57岁，文员）向本报申诉，85岁父亲本月9日早上大约9时许到宏茂桥10道第410座组屋楼下的HairFun理发店，原本打算花8元理发。
“父亲当时在等母亲，就到理发店剪头发。那是他第一次去。后来回来时，他就一直埋怨说，在理发店还了99元做头发护理，觉得很冤。”
