Actually Andrew Loh is equally megalomaniac too, but after his reputation has been badly tainted by the porn pic saga and so he has no choice but to let Choo hog the limelight. I think this was a thing of the past and perhaps only at cabinet level now. I believe there are afew PAP MP legal eagles, both past and present, who hold 2/2s and do not appear to be "top of the legal game", not that it really matters, heck there was even a senior high court judge who had a 3rd
