Rolex to Buy Bucherer in Major Retail Move for Swiss Giant​

• Bucherer operates more than 100 luxury watch stores worldwide

Bucherer TimeDome, located in the Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace Las Vegas, is the largest watch store in the world.

Rolex SA is buying the luxury retailer Bucherer AG in a deal that will give the biggest Swiss watch brand a major presence in consumer sales for the first time.


Bucherer has more than 100 stores worldwide and will continue to operate independently, keep its name, and sell other watch brands, Rolex said in a statement. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
