just apply recently for HDB HLE to upgrade from current 3 rm to 4 rm flat ,
the amount approve is ONLY $132000. :oIo: Wat the Fuck HDB , this amount is not even enough to buy a brand new BTO 3rm flat , not to mention i got to purchase from the resale market .
Have any 1 here encounter this low HLE ? Our combine income 3.8k

I am just guessing...

HLE $132K is meant for you to upgrade... when you sell off your 3 room, the proceeds will also be used to pay for the 4 room..
