low ses sinkies shouldn’t be bidding at all. coe (certificate of elites) is meant for the wealthy with high net worth.
this in-between sinkie too if he doesn’t have the means and money to upgrade. This class of Sinkies need to acknowledge and accept their place in the hierarchy of society.

This wasn't meant to be a rich man area. It's a slum where houses are barely 2 cars widethis sinkie in-between too if he doesn’t have the means and money to upgrade.

it started out as tiny homes for imported blue collar workers working for shell and the nascent oil industry. after decades, demand for freehold “landed” properties on the east coast shot up, and money poured in to upgrade homes to 3.69 storeys high to make up for lack of land, lot, and luxury layout. now an updated “terrace” home is at least $3.69m.This wasn't meant to be a rich man area. Everyday pay gahmen $35 for 10 years just for the privilege of buying a car…even before driving on the road on top of road tax, petrol tax, ERP etc etc.
Worse still, insurance premium payable of car calculated to include the value of COE when it is just a certificate with decreasing value through the years.
Gahmen huat….Sinkies fucked.
Very nice but there is no seat ?This is why I am always encouraging the use of bicycles and PMDs for daily commutes. They are cheap, practical and eco friendly.
