Have you ever eaten hor-fun that actually comes with lard as standard ? If yes, tell me where.
 
If you need lard to add flavour to hor fun something is wrong. The Hor fun should have been fried to have wok hey and the gravy nicely floored and the seafood ingredients add the necessary unami. Nonsense like crab stick and fish cake shouldn’t been allowed.

Chinatown meng kee used to have one of the best Hor fun.it has pig liver,clam,real fish real prawn real sotong.not crabstick and fishcake
