Jumbo HDB at Tiong Bahru sold for record $1.5 mil

https://www.edgeprop.sg/property-news/jumbo-hdb-tiong-bahru-sold-record-15-mil

A jumbo HDB flat at 50 Moh Guan Terrace in Tiong Bahru has been sold for a record $1.5 million ($792 psf). This sale was brokered by KF Property's associate deputy division director Alvin Yeo. The unit is a 1,894 sq ft, four-room flat on the fourth floor of a walk-up apartment building., with 49 years left on its 99-year tenure.

It’s very cheap considering its bestest neighbour in the bestest Cuntry.

Thats roughly $30k a year in depreciation. I guess he can afford it.

To be fair, it's the biggest HDB flat in SG. If you live on the ground floor, you have a nice big backyard. I saw one even building a open coffee house.

MAJULAH PAP!!

Ah Gong was right! Our HDB flat prices will appreciate forever and ever!

The older vintage HDB flats are more suitable for humans to live. The new ones just induce claustrophobia. Even the newer condo units do the same.

It's really good value for money.
The Tiongs has help Singapore weather the storm by keeping our property value high and mighty, partly due to the ineptness of the Chinese leadership.

Indeed the Tiong has all the good stuff. But poor Singkie only deserve PAP and their blood sucking policy.
