Of course, George Goh is planted by the PAP to:
1. Make the citizens happy that there is a contest.
2. To split the anti-PAP votes among the opposition candidates (if there are any)
3. To test the ground as to the percentage of votes the PAP candidate Tharman will get, as a barometer for the next General Election.
 
All kaki lang one lah. Even back in the day, Ong Teng Cheong's rival was also kaki lang.

The only surprise was Ong Teng Cheong actually tried to do his job as president, but Kissinger's dark apprentice decided to fix him. :cool:
