Oh ya I just recall not long after I first moved in, my second storey back toilet false ceiling suddenly crashed with lots of water. Guess what the developer found on the roof? Someone left a big piece of plastic covering over the toilet exhaust pipe on the back of the roof and due to how close Malaysia house is to each other you won’t be able to see the back roof exhaust pipe from within your own compound unless you drive out to the next row of houses from the back and see your own house from a distance. At that time I don’t know but by now just see how scary how evil Malaysians are in attacking me, of course the plastic was threw over from their illegal extension roof top by the Ccb Malaysian Cantonese neighbors from hell. How else to explain?

depends on what you want. I also have a condo in Malacca on airbnb rental. positive cash flow. Malaka is a city that many malaysians and sinkies visit on weekends and school holidays. so the rental stream is strong. not expected to appreciate alot but the cash flow is good. For penang, some properties like I mentioned moved up in price and appreciate quite a bit. But prospects not good for that now.
