In the Army, people have been sent to DB because they didnt bother defending themselves if they believed the system was stacked against them anyway, or they did not have all the pre-trial advice they should have been given and so unable to argue their case better or for a lighter sentence. I would be damned if all our NSmen's summary trials were similarly publicised over their triviality. So trying to assassinate someone's character using his NS disciplinary record is disingenuous. What is DB more like a intensive excerise camp. I have heard of world leaders who had spent nearly his whole life behind bars and yet became president of a nation.
