K Shanmugam Sc Now is 17 April Sunday 7.02 pm. A few minutes ago, I was at my own condo and one Chinese man (talking to another Chinese man) with foreign Chinese accent walking with a kid passed by my seat and went ahead and then I heard whistling. I saw side view of his mouth from behind and it looks like he is the one whistling. When I walked towards him and took out my phone to record, he stopped whistling. He has a smug expression on his face obviously this loser is gloating over his success to harass and abuse me.
Two years ago I have one similar incident when one Filipino resident made a lewd expression when he passed by me in basement car park, which I reported police but no action was done. Can the police please do something about this mass harassment and abuse of me by whistling non-stop? Obviously people are smearing and harassing me everywhere especially where I owned or rented, lived or living.
