（早报讯）平安夜在乌节路露天停车场大树旁撒尿，英国籍洋汉被三名巡逻警员撞见后，恼羞成怒爆粗口：“我不道歉！我不就只是尿急吗！”
被告吉卡斯（39岁）今早（3月28日）承认一项辱骂警员罪名，另一项罪名交由法官下判时一并考虑。
根据案情，三名巡逻警员在前年平安夜傍晚6时左右，在乌节路远东购物中心一带巡逻。
当他们经过一旁安哥烈园（Angullia Park）露天停车场时，发现被告对着一棵大树撒尿，因此上前要求查看他的身份证，并通知他在公共场所随便撒尿是犯法的。
庭上播放巡逻警察的随身摄录器画面，只见戴着圣诞帽子、穿着荧光蓝长袖上衣的被告对着警员爆粗口，说：“我不道歉！不就只是尿急吗！”
警员劝他，说对警员爆粗口也犯法，但他似乎不理会，拿出了香烟开始抽。

其中一名警员要他停止抽烟，好好听他们说话，结果被告越来越激动，开始接连爆粗口，还骂警察是狗，警员因此将他逮捕。
押回警局的途中，被告在巡逻车上继续爆粗口，说：“你们逮捕我真的是莫名其妙！”
他今早被判罚款4000元。
