On June 27, 2020 Ivan Lim withdrew his candidacy and now 18 months later, no noise on the investigation ,so this is PAP no blame culture-only applicable to itself.
For others, like WP, the 3 months from August to October it did not get Raeesah to to correct her false statement is like an eternity and subject to detailed interrogation and widespread TV screening .
So anything done by PAP govt, they can take their own sweet time. whether its research, enquiry, hospitalisation ect2 as there is no accountability for PAP BUT they have zero tolerance for others.

Initially there was a vaccine development race but many dropped out because Pfizer and Moderna were the quickest. Even Sinofi which were one of the earlier leaders announced they were abandoning the race. Now I think they have partnered up with one of those guys to manufacture the vax for them

still in sinkie and viet trials per august 2021 report. arct-021 was the 1st vaccine candidate co-developed with duke-nus, but that was too slow in progress and shelved as new variants rendered it obsolete. arct-154 and arct-165 are still being trialed and evaluated (taking too long, again) by singhealth’s imu. these two target the alpha, beta, gamma, and delta variants. very soon, omicron will render it obsolete, and by the time omega arrives, it may be shelved too. time to start testing arct-169 and keep sinkie pride and hope on knife’s edge.
