Shame to say limpeh stayed around the area for four decades and probably been here only less than 10 times. Maybe the rowdiness deterred me.

 
Some hawker centres have a lot of Malay-Muslim stalls, for example Haig Road. Ayer Rajah (I think it's more aptly called West Coast) hawker centre is definitely one of them.

In some hawker centres, there are only two or three Malay-Muslim stalls. Low demand = low supply. :biggrin:

Lucky you, if you wud hve been a frequent patron, today likely, u be hvingr diabetes and high blood.

By the way, the Ayer Rajah hawker centre has a very thoughtful design.

The Chinese/haram section is closer to the toilets, while the Malay/Muslim section is closer to the motorbike parking lots.

It just wouldn't do if it were the other way round. :biggrin:
