You have to understand the current privilege given to malays are not part of special privilege discussed in exchange for citizenship of immigrants.
These were imposed when Tun Razak, i would consider him a communist, deposed tengku abdul rahman after a planned race riot cum coup de-tat, and he imposed communist like policies which he rebranded as New Economic policy, and which dr m termed as " race based wealth sharing".
