She's the Kam Lan of Singapore.
 
She was very good in planning during Air Force career. However, her E2i is a huge mess and market rumored that she will take over MOM.
 
Mulan? come on , its s job , lip services only , u gave any average person the authority he or she can do a better job then her.

The complaints about e2i surged after she went over to e2i. She was a good planner in Air Force, led and contributed to many big projects. Unfortunately, she becomes a back-up for Josephine now.

Poor mulan bad timing lah. Corona now more job less more complain is expected. U r right though military is structured govt intervention is unstructured work see how lah give chan let her have some rope to hang herself hahaha. :laugh:

She has no leadership in e2i, her subordinates are fugged-up and she not familiar with the job. Her superior in e2i also not helpful. Numerous complaints about e2i not only from jobseekers but also many SMEs since she joined. I have nothing against her, hope she will leave e2i and Josephine soon. Given her talents, I gauge that she is an asset for the PMO office.
 
SOS ! SOS ! SOS ! Despatch Gen. Ng Yat Chung immediately to e2i to troubleshoot and streamline the organization .
