The other two cases also travelled from India, including a nine-year-old boy who came to Singapore on a short-term visit pass to seek medical treatment for an existing condition not related to COVID-19.
MOH said he was taken to hospital in an ambulance upon arrival and isolated.
The remaining case is a 58-year-old Singapore permanent resident. He was placed on stay-home notice upon arrival in Singapore.

MOH said the overall number of new infections in the community has remained low, with a total of four cases in the past week who are currently unlinked to previous cases. More details can be found in the health ministry's daily situation report.
Seven more cases have been discharged from hospitals or community isolation facilities, bringing Singapore's total recoveries to 58,152.
There are 28 cases still in hospital. Most of them are stable or improving, and no one is in the intensive care unit. Another 33 are being isolated and cared for at community facilities.

SINGAPORE TO CONTRIBUTE US$5 MILLION TO COVAX INITIATIVE
Singapore will contribute US$5 million to the COVID-19 Vaccine Global Access (COVAX) initiative, said MOH and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) earlier on Friday.
This will help support 92 less wealthy countries get access to COVID-19 vaccines. Countries that will benefit from this initiative include Nepal, Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.

The contribution is "part of our consistent support for vaccine multilateralism, and the fair and equitable access and allocation of vaccines", said the ministries in the joint press statement.
"The successful development of safe and efficacious vaccines is a critical step towards overcoming the pandemic," it added.
COVAX, a programme led by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the GAVI vaccine group to pool funds from wealthier countries and non-profits to buy and distribute vaccines to dozens of poorer countries, has raised US$2 billion.
