Chinese police cars can belong to MANY TYPES OF FORCES different functions.
COURTS / PROSECUTORS / NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE / PRISON / AUCTION / SIEZURE / VIP ESCORT / CONSTRUCTION ROAD BLOCK / EXPRESS WAY CONTROL / SUPER HEAVY OBJECT TRANSPORTATION ESCORT etc many many different types of forces use police cars
Only Manicipal Traffic Police will handle road accidents and have the power to do so. Others are not train nor appointed with power to do that. You are NOT allowed to cross you power boundary.
