Yea at least that ah tiong served NS. Being a PR, he has the option to not serve NS.

Met a few ex-SG PR who didn't serve NS and now trying to come back to SG to find job. Fuck those freeloaders man! If those motherfuckers manage to come back to Singapore as a FT, then it really shows how cheap Singapore is!
