"Buying" and "Owning" a 99 year lease property.

Same for condos too.

After 99 years will have to see what happens. Not perpetual.

That is what makes sg propety the most expensive in the world. Not just the price.

Isnt this SOP of any cheapo FT who marry Local ?
Once they obtain PR & the very next day apply HDB.
Have you ever hear PR not interested in HDB purchase ?
How many PR will sell their HDB same price as their purchase, dont want profit ?
How many PR will reject to collect their CPF when they leave SG, donate to charity ?
So are PR contributing to SG economy much as they claim to be ?
