It seems that she was commissioned as a Lieutenant after graduating from a ROTA Commander Course with 45 other cadets and not just because of the letter of commendation. If the other 45 cadets were also SSG or below and became officers, then it appears to be ok. :wink:

but i still think she was at the right place at the right time
good for her and keep up her good work
hope she continue her passion in emergency services
a bit of luck works wonder sometimes in anyone's career

There are even more numerous other officers who also, day in, day out save other lives but are just shoved aside without even a thank you.
