We're praying that God will bless our political leaders with the wisdom of Solomon. How else do you think Singapore is shining like the Antioch of ASEAN while our neighbours move in the direction of failed states because of their pursuit of islamization, corruption and outright incompetence in state governance?

I never understood the Christian obsession with prayer like Solomon considering how Solomon ended up. Better to pray that the almighty will punish these ministers with hellfire n brimstone as they have failed the people with their selfishness n incompetence

This is what God teaches us about prayer:
5 “And when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites. For they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and at the street corners, that they may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. 6 But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you. - Matthew 6 : 5 -6

I notice that the moslem minister's photo is right in the centre. Good Christians praying that God will grant wisdom to the moslem minister too. How's that for religious tolerance in Singapore?
