Trying to pick up Teochew lingo.

Hopefully, aside from Hokkiens, Cantonese and Hakka's, there are Teochews here who can help me learn.

For a start, a question...Restroom. Why sometimes it is called Liang Lang and sometimes, it is called Zhang Ek Pair?

if you get a chance and find a teochew oldtimer. ask him about some of those teochew rhymes. I love them.

KNN generally teochew words like to mix 1 low tone with 1 high tone for effect KNN e.g lu nar tee kor KNN expected reply lao air where lao is low tone air is high KNN
