Advice on anxiety depressions stress related .

That's partly true. Good sex is a stress reliever and often exudes serotonin. Having a good wife does wonders to a man. Behind a happy man is a good wife
They also say, happy wife happy life. I've never had the privilege of having good wives (wife 1 became a bitch, wife 2 is becoming one) but I certainly have good girlfriends. Something about getting married that somehow transforms a good girlfriend into a fuck up wife.

good girlfriends dont necessarily make good wife. marry a good girl and you will get a good wife. Good wife, good life and you are made for life. SG gal is best

girlfriends lure you to marry them. marry a good girl and you will get a good wife. Good wife, good life and you are made for life. SG gal is best
I thought I was marrying good girls. But I was mistaken.

Good wife, good life and you are made for life? I think that's for the movies.

SG gal is best? They are, just don't marry them.

you must hv met the wrong girls. what i said are true and factual

Thanks bro. Though I wasn't exactly referring to a spouse ...
whether sex is with wife or girlfriend, it is a stress reliever and gives a good feeling which is important for your well being. But good sex with a good wife is better than sex with a girlfriend because that brings you worries and guilt. Good sex with wife is totally good feeling, without worry nor guilt

Can't pinpoint any specific

Hi bro, I'm a bit late to this party, but I've got 3 points for you to consider

1) Anti-anxiety meds tend to have an unfortunate side-effect of making you suicidal. People just jump off bridges(see Tony Scott director) and a good friend told me he thought of ending his life everyday when on the meds. So avoid them.

2) I'm going to disagree with most of the other posters here about meditation. I've found meditation to be like playing calming music for your brain. It helps while you are playing the music, but once you're back in your situation. It starts reverting to your original state. So you've got to keep the meditation up and I find that tiring. Some people however find it ok and they spends lots of time meditating. It works, but I find it's a placeholder.

3) In other words, there is something in your existing state that is causing this anxiety/depression. Without hearing from you, I'm going to make some assumptions, but I think you should consider the word apathy. In other words, everything your doing in life has lost it's meaning and you're going through the motions without having any feelings/attachment. You don't know why you're doing what you're doing and who you're doing it for and everything starts to become pointless. Over time, the mind starts panicking about this state because it is not a natural human state. It's an emotional death and we as emotional beings cannot sustain our drive without emotions. I could go on forever about how human beings find different ways of sustaining an emotional state when there are no normal sources of it. And when you really start panicking, you start becoming more and more anxious. This feeds on itself until... well there are a few different outcomes.

It's a very long story, and I don't want to spend two pages writing it unless it's of benefit. So if the above words ring true, let me know and I'll go into it a little further.
