高雄市長韓國瑜昨（ 24 ）日上午搭機飛往星馬，展開 4 天的出訪行程，要拚經濟替高雄把「貨賣出去」，未料今（ 25 ）日 3 名當地國會議員皆未出席早餐會，疑似放鳥韓國瑜。無獨有偶，柯文哲原訂今日拜會以色列總理班傑明・納坦尼雅胡，竟也同樣撲空。
柯文哲目前人在以色列訪問，並大讚當地把教育、國防、產業三合一，原訂今日和其他參加「全球市長會議」的市長一同拜會以色列總理班傑明・納坦尼雅胡，卻傳出班傑明飛往莫斯科見俄國總統普丁，計畫落空。
對此，柯文哲證實此事，並回應「國家都有緊急事件」，一定是國家有外交危機，或政治上面臨什麼危機，所以必須要去見普丁，笑說「反正人家的事，我們就看一看就好了！」針對韓國瑜被放鴿子，他則表示是預料中的事，「愈低調愈成功，愈高調愈容易被卡，像是美國、日本這種國家夠大，也不怕中國干擾，其他像小國家會有變卦。」
