are pets allowed inside or outside the restaurant? where i am i can only dine at restaurants with outdoor patios as puppy tags along. it gets tougher to find one during rain and winter.

Like you most restaurants with outdoor sitting or non aircon (meaning no walls) allow pets.

There are some aircon restaurants if you know the owner or manager they do provide private dining rooms for pets. But some owners who I know very well will insist I and person fine inside and if customer complain he'll tell them off, like Peppe.

The photo above yes we're inside the comfort of aircon.

so shiok for the dogs. in california it's against the law to dine in with pets at eateries. outside or at home is ok.

A SENIOR education official has confessed that she embezzled Bt88 million from a state fund for underprivileged children, particularly those at risk of being lured into the sex trade.

The embezzled amount is even greater than the money that had been paid to the intended recipients, which stood at a little over Bt77 million.

Can i say that having a good network with others allows you to do whatever you want and make the world revolves around you.

Hmmm sounds like me . Wife and companions who go out with me often ask me why I treat service people so well to a point sometimes of being angry, women just couldn’t understand. But then each time we get vip treatment no question asked.

I have a rule, if I notice a service personel is good from the beginning I’ll give a tip there and then way before the end of the meal. Believe me the the whole meal or experience will be superb.

Oh and you cannot imagine I’ve brought 4 dogs to Paris Bangkok a fine dining French restaurant for meals before, no problem..

I am asking this because i met a person who also display such behaviour and it appeared to me that the person is taking advantage of the situation. unlike you, he didn't give any tips whatsoever.

I was at a Bar counter having nice drink. This person, a customer. who arrived, sitting next to me, and get a drink. It appeared to me that this person knew the bartender really well based on how they communicate with each other, like good pals. The bartender is a friendly and easy going person. Long story short. The customer went to a nearby stall to get a bowl of ramen and bought it over to the bar counter to eat it.

I can tell that the friendly Bartender is not comfortable with it but said that if the boss is not saying anything, then it is ok.

That customer uses the whole good relationship thing with the bartender and take advantage of the whole situation, in the expense of the bartender position, to get himself convenient with the whole drinking period. He doesn't care if his action will put the bartender in a difficult position. However, taking advantage of the good rapport with the bartender, it will help him to do whatever he wants. The cctv is there and capture the whole situation. if the boss questioned the bartender, he will be in a difficult position to explain things.

I have a terrible impression of that customer. I cut the conversation short with him when he tried to chat with me. finish my drink and i leave.

Seems like a loser this guy. Now even though I said I bring my dogs to restaurants my habit is I’ll inform and ask first every time even I’d know them very well, kraeng jai.

Thanks for the details. Didn't know the nearest would be so far. I was hoping for a petrol kiosk to pop up along the road from Thappraya to Jomtien, especially Jomtien Second Road. Thepprasit is quote a scary place if you are on a bike, machiam F1 Circuit. I remember one Chinabu tong pang me on her Honda Click all the way from Thappraya to Sukhumvit, I couldn't wait to get off the bike.

No worries, bro. Lots of stalls reselling petrol in recycled whisky bottles in Pattaya. Around 30 -40 baht per 750 ml bottle. More expensive than petrol station but very convenient.

Next time whatsapp or line me if need a ride. Very well trained by nagging pillon rider.
