For as long as I can remember the PAP has blamed Sporeans for the unemployment situation. You hear them talking of fussy, picky, lack of experience,... i.e. failings of the "lesser mortals" . They never talk about failures of the educational system & pay structure which the PAP controls.

Skillfuture is designed to milk useless sinkie loser to pay for course fees. Course center and gov earns from the unemployed sinkies. They tricked sinkie losers by giving each $500 to enrol for much more expensive useless courses.
