By the standards of a developed country, the answer is yes.....provided it is a public hospital set up for and to treat veterans, that is, retired/discharged armed forces personnel.
Unfortunately, for Singapore, although supposedly a developed country with per capita defence spending amongst the world's top three, there have never been any provision in the defence budget to provide for such a veteran hospital.
So the short answer is no.....
Maybe as a concerned and active citizen of a developed country you should make a strong suggestion this year around as the Singapore budget is just around the corner.
