The SPF knows how to act tough only when dealing with Singaporeans. Look at how teh SPF tried to intimidate Teo Soh Lung and the SG guy who carries a placard at Istana.
But when it comes to dealing with foreigners, SPF is meek as a mouse. I hope one day a foreigner will spit at a SPF Officer or punch him

Scholarships for foreigners whereas citizens have to pay own fees doesnt make sense
3.4 million Singaporeans and 2.2 million foreigners in SG doesnt make sense
