I find that nowadays, people find it very hard to say sorry. This is especially true for the younger generation. When something cock up, there is always something or someone else to blame.

Is it because people are very prideful nowadays so they cannot tolerate any loss of face? Maybe they are scared others will seize on their apology as a sign of weakness?
