I watched the news clip & what is puzzling is that If the crimes are being committed in Serangoon, then why are police increasing foot patrols in the Orchard Road area:confused:

Why don't you go down to Serangoon Central & do a visual survey on the people visiting that area?....you can make a demographic graph on the convergent of people from the other areas in which Serangoon Central serve & you may get a pattern as from which 'crime infested wards' are the majority?

Could give us a simple field report...simple charts will do.

Ambulances can part the traffic, like Moses part the red sea......you want to traffic not of traffic follow behind the ambulance..:D
