I agree with you. Why wait until a by election to get this done? What has David Ong been doing during his term?

M can do better to explain how he is going to raise the capital for the proposal because BB residents are left with a lingering question in their minds as to who is paying for the upgrade? Do they have to foot the bill? If yes, shouldn't they be informed early before they cast their vote?
