more likely they were too free. younger officers usually get excited at small cases. this type of case you just need 2 - one to drive n the other to sit behind with the boy. overkill to have 5 clowns handle a kid.

Too many police officers? More like too few. They were overstretched during the Indian riot.

It is more likely due to the low crime rate that police don't have to do arrest so often and they probably had nothing bettee to do.

• Wing Chun
• Krav Maga
