Waffles?

I enjoy a plate of waffles, topped with ice-cream and honey. Favourite place for such a treat is Wimbly-Lu at Serangoon Gardens, but bloody parking is terrible there! Anyone has any suggestions to recommend for waffles? Thanks in advance!

Thanks. Will give it a try when I'm in that part of the woods. Last night, I went to a place called FatCat in Bedok. Like Creamier (I visited their website), it is an ice-cream place, but was promoting their waffles as well. I still rate Wimbly-Lu's waffles a notch higher. But parking wasn't a problem at FatCat - lots of parking in a big lot just behind their shop. I suppose I prefer FatCat to Wimbly now that I've discovered it, mainly because the parking at Wimbly's is really really bad!

Got to like Waffles and Ice-Cream first at Magnolia's Snack Bar located next to Orchard Road Cold Storage way back during Primary school, and how their waffle was is embedded in my mind as how a waffle should be, crispy, soft, melts in your mouth. These days, there are so many ice-cream flavours and sauce toppings, these places can get really creative, but nothing like the good old-fashioned plain waffle with hone and vanilla ice-cream. Yum!

The Toscano waffles at woolies is not bad. If you want premier 1s try Max Brenner.
