Spotted this very serious looking fella browsing his morning newspapers looking for lucky numbers and then bets on the Toto tickets

You are not a very nice person for snapping a picture of a man who is on the train, publishing it in the open.

The man is minding his own business and not invading into anyone's space nor exhibiting any inconsiderate or inappropriate behaviour.

Additionally, (irrespective of my convictions against punting) he hasn't commit crime nor is there any illegality involved.

Instead, your selfish act to satisfy your own craving of fun and laughter at others' expense shouldn't be tolerated.

You go Hong Kong....it is a National Pastime, horse racing racing results are played in food stalls etc..even with the TV on....they have Mark Six...a must watch draw on TV... you will even see people like that with that 'thing' stocking out of their noses...men & women..where have you been??
