Got ippt tomorrow how to geng?

I suppose each of us have different views on NS. My intake at BMT were mostly A-level students, and were very obedient. No one wanted to be singled out or do anything to "kena mark." First time a recruit was charged for rusty-rifle, kena RP, and wasn't allowed to go home on the weekend, everyone just didn't want to face the same fate and quickly conformed to the dictates of the instructors. On the physical part, well, it was tough, but how much can they push us? One or two faintings (real one, needle poke, still passed out), and they know they've reached the limit and stop there. Only one or two instructors were sadistic bastards, the rest are regular people, concerned with real issues of life (like their studies). All I can say to people going through NS now, is to do the best they can, make friends, and look towards passing out in good shape.

Cheers!

Bearing with needle poke is still better than continuous physical tekan lor.

Depends on your age & if you have the luxury of time to stay in shape. Looking at most Sporeans who are suffering from premature aging or receding hair line, I doubt many are aging gracefully.

I jog at a modest pace for at least 45 minutes every morning and make sure I work up a good sweat (shirt must be drenched). I can honestly say that if not for my morning routine, my health and my mind would have both suffered a long time ago. Graceful ageing is a choice. You decide if you want it or not. If you want it you will work for it, do anything it takes to get there. I also don't have a receding hairline. In fact I have to cut my hair more regularly than other blokes because it grows so fast.

Should also look at strength training regardless of age. Anything more than 30 mins of running will cause your body to go into catabolic state and in the long run, metabolic rate will drop.

Many of those can't make it for IPPT will treat the actual test as their regular training session.
After several attempts and yet still fail, they simply take RT as their luxury time-off for work.
Yes, you got your weekends burnt as well but it's just that number of compulsory RT sessions that you need to went thru.
After that if still fail IPPT, there's nothing they can do but let you free.

What happened? Pass, Fail or Geng?
