I am hinting of a link between TLS and Sitoh. You have to understand why TLS won't change his mind. The last thing PAP wants is to lose again a ward that they just won after so many decades. It will be very demoralising for PAP camp. They would rather continue losing Aljunied, Punggol East or a current PAP SMC. So somebody will be sent to split votes.
