The PAP does an excellent job of renewing the infrastructure of the country on a regular basis. In many other cities, decay sets in because there is not enough money for the upkeep of urban infrastructure and cities decay and property values plummet.
Singapore is living proof of a city reinventing itself on a regular basis to keep up with the times. I commend the government for a job well done.
